A traditional independent Opticians based in Billingham, Stockton-On-Tees are looking to recruit a full or part time Optometrist.

Optometrist - Role 

  • Well established independent Opticians
  • Recent refit
  • Single testing practice with relaxed clinics and 30 minute tests
  • State of the art equipment including an OCT
  • Assisted by highly-skilled support team
  • Close links to GP’s and the local Eye Infirmary
  • Family focused
  • Working at 1-2 other branches which are close by
  • Working full or part time including most Saturdays
  • Opening hours from 9am to 5pm (12pm on a Sat)
  • Competitive salary package - £45,000 to £60,000 DOE
  • Generous holiday entitlement
  • Training and development budget

Optometrist - Requirements 

  • Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic
  • Confident
  • Commercially aware
