We are currently looking for an Optical Assistant Manager to join a new completely new, refitted opticians based in Plymstock, Plymouth.
The Directors of the practice are looking to create a patient centred environment where the team can enjoy themselves whilst developing their careers.
Assistant Manager – Role
- Completely new store with refit
- Advanced equipment inc. OTC
- Helping to manage the team of 23 people
- Highly performing store
- Full time position – 5 days a week including Saturdays
- Focus on the customer experience
- Busy practice with plenty to do
Assistant Manager – Requirements
- Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients.
- Be able to develop and maintain a reputation for high quality customer care
- Ability to learn and want to develop
- Self-motivated
- Hungry to learn
Assistant Manager – Salary
- Salary between £23,000 to £30,0000 DOE
