Zest Optical are working alongside a leading practice in East Grinstead, Sussex to recruit an Assistant Manager to their team.

Within the position you will have access to high grade equipment and an experienced support team which will allow you to operate at the highest level possible.

The directors of the practice are looking to create a patient centred environment where the team can enjoy themselves whilst developing their careers.

Assistant Manager - Role

  • Working in the high quality team with the focus on customer care
  • Support the wider team, training them to offer quality customer service that reflects their values
  • Close-knit, friendly team
  • Full position including Saturdays
  • 9am – 5:30pm

Assistant Manager - Requirements

  • Must be calm, comfortable and confident at all times when talking to patients.
  • Be able to develop and maintain a reputation for high quality customer care
  • Ability to learn and want to develop
  • Self-motivated
  • Hungry to learn

Assistant Manager – Salary

  • Salary up to £25,000 DOE
