Location: Chester, Cheshire
Salary: £40,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, including Saturdays
Zest Optical are working alongside an exceptional independent Opticians in Chester to recruit a full-time Dispensing Optician Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful practice and help manage a highly skilled team.
The Role
- Join a well-established independent Opticians with an excellent reputation
- Work with premium frame brands such as Lindberg, Tiffany, and Maui Jim
- Support the Practice Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Ensure high-quality patient care and contribute to staff training
- Handle complex patient queries and help develop the business
- 5 days a week including Saturdays (9:00am to 5:30pm)
- £40,000 salary (DOE) + team incentives
- 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays

Requirements
- Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
- Management or supervisory experience preferred but not essential
- Passion for high-quality service and fashion brands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
