Optometry vacancies and part Optometrist jobs in Staffordshire. Zest Optical recruitment are currently working on behalf of an independent Opticians based in Staffordshire to hire a part time Optometrist.

A clinical independent Opticians based in Staffordshire (In-between Macclesfield and Stoke-on-Trent) are looking for a part time Optometrist to work 2 days a week.

Optometrist - Role

  • Market town independent Opticians
  • Established for over 75 years
  • Double testing room practice
  • Relaxed 45 minute clinics
  • OCT
  • Fields done by the experienced support team
  • Assisting with dispensing when required
  • Involvement in various shared care schemes – MECS, Glaucoma
  • 2 days a week, ideally a Thursday and Friday
  • 6 Saturdays a year
  • 9am to 5.30pm
  • Salary between £38,000 to £45,000 pro rata
  • 1 Hour lunch

Optometrist - Requirements

  • Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC
  • MECS would be useful
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic
  • Confident
