This is a unique opportunity for an associate dentist to join a mobile dental unit providing high-quality dental care across multiple set and scheduled locations in the area surrounding Winchester. The role benefits from a high UDA value of £14 per unit. You will also benefit from a superb working environment, which although a mobile unit is equipped with the latest technology. You will be treating patients that are not able to access dental treatment, thus you will be a lifeline and instrumental to these communities' dental and oral healthcare.
These are affluent areas with great private earning potential.
Operating from the Winchester practice, you will visit local communities in the picturesque Bishops Waltham and Stockbridge area to bring them quality dental services patients would otherwise be lacking. This is a well-established and successful role with a busy NHS & private list to take over. The mobile unit is part of a busy and established Winchester practice and is fully computerised using R4 software.
This mobile dental unit has been completely refurbished including new flooring, paint and so much more. There is an Associate Dentist in place until December before they relocate, and therefore we are looking for an Associate that can take over this list from December 2021 onwards, notice periods will of course be taken into consideration, should you be seeking to start after this date into 2022.
Working pattern
- Monday- 9-4 Bishops Waltham/Stockbridge
- Tuesday- 9-4 Bishops Waltham
- Wednesday- 9-4 East meon/ Wickham
- Thursday- 9-4 Bishops Waltham
- Friday - 8-2 East Meon/Wickham
Successful candidates will be GDC registered dentists, have an active dentist performer number and have experience of providing NHS dental treatment in the UK.
